Custom Cake Form

Please take the time to read these terms before submitting the following form. I will invoice you via email within 2 business days if I am able to take your commission. For weddings or events with 40+ guests, please email me separately.

When you receive your invoice, please respond with confirmation and your full deposit within 3 days. After 3 days I will assume your commission is cancelled.
If you do not hear from me within 2 days, please also double check your email spam/promotions folder.

PRICING & TERMS
All full sized cakes are made to order and start at $300. Mini cakes serving 5-7 are all $200/ea. Final prices are determined by: time, cost of ingredients, servings, and hours of labor. Hours will vary depending on scale and intricacy of each order; creating the finished product can take up to 12 hours to multiple days. I bake and operate all aspects of Frosted Hag myself – the detail and intensive work that goes into my intricate style is fairly factored into each quote. Purchasing a Frosted Hag cake is an investment in the same way that purchasing an artwork is. It just has to be eaten.

Orders and confirmations must be confirmed and received, respectively, at least one week in advance. I cannot fulfill your commission or source ingredients if I do not have your deposit. Orders made less than one week in advance incur a rush fee of $80 – $100. Commissions may be cancelled with at least one weeks’ notice in advance for a half refund. Refunds cannot be accommodated if cancellation occurs within less than a week’s notice.

Gratuity is not included in invoice – tips are greatly appreciated.

Pickup in lower Manhattan. Delivery within Manhattan and Brooklyn can be accommodated with an additional fee. You will receive my pick up address once payment has been made. Please stick to your set time once I coordinate with you.

CAKE CARE
Store cake in refrigerator if it is being consumed more than two hours after your pick up time. Remove cake from refrigerator approximately 40-60 minutes before serving. In summer months, this varies and fridge times are often longer. Serve at room temperature.

Leftover slices can be wrapped and kept refrigerated for up to 1 week or frozen for up to 2 months.

**All dried flowers are not edible and only used for decoration. They are safe to be in contact with your cake. Carefully pick off before consuming.

**Food coloring used to saturate frosting may leave residue on clothes/mouths but is 100% washable and impermanent.
